My Background
Known as The Reiki G, I am a Reiki Master Level II with over 20 years of experience in the field of communication. I have developed a unique approach to Reiki and Life Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. I hold a Bachelor's degree in communications and I am a certified Life Coach.
My Approach
I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. I combine Reiki with life coaching to help my clients shift the energy inside of them, so they can begin to shift the energy around them to achieve inner peace, balance, and confidence. My approach is centered around helping to cultivate self-awareness, identify their values and goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them. I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and work towards creating phenomenal outcomes.
